Dedicated Hospice Care is a distinguished hospice in the heart of Granada Hills, California. We provide hospice services to patients wherever they call home.
It is never easy to consider utilizing end of life services, such as hospice care. It is also not easy going through the heartache of losing a loved one alone. At Dedicated hospice, our experienced staff work with the family to care for the patient. Our experienced consultants are available to educate and explain what hospice can do for the patient.
Hospice patients receive pain management, medication administration, physician services, nursing care, medical supplies (DME), home delivery of hospice medications, and services provided by a chaplain , social worker, volunteer, certified home health aide, registered nurse, medical doctor, and licensed vocational nurse.
